Set-up & access

• Saturday set-up: from 08:30

• You can leave your things overnight in the room

• Sunday set-up: earliest from 09:30

What you get

• Standard spot: 1 table + 1 chair

Table size: 183 × 74 cm

• Artist spot: 1 table + 1 chair + a lightweight wall divider behind you for hanging posters/prints

Divider size: 80 × 180 cm (slim + tall)

• Designer spot: 1 table + 1 chair + space for a small rail next to your table (you bring your own rail)

Lighting & power (important)

• The room can be darker later in the day. If you sell smaller items or want stronger lighting, bring clamp-on lights.

• Power outlets are available (in the floor) — please bring an extension cord if you need power at your table.

Table styling

• Please bring a tablecloth that covers the table so storage underneath isn’t visible.

Pack-down

• After packing, fold your table and place tables + chairs into the wagons as instructed onsite.

Coffee

• Morning coffee is available for vendors. There is also a café/restaurant onsite.
